Hotel Technology Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the deployment and optimization of hotel technology solutions, the full-time Hotel Technology Strategy Analyst will work remotely to coordinate implementation initiatives, vendor partnerships, and performance analytics across Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' global portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze hotel technology needs, documenting scalable and brand-aligned solutions
• Support the implementation and operational rollout of approved technology programs in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and performance tracking of technology initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Relevant internship, academic, project, hospitality, technology, or business experience may be considered
• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, or Key Systems is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and business concepts
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Interest in hospitality technology, technology strategy, or hotel operations
