Job Summary

Overseeing Section 8 operations and compliance, the remote Housing Choice Voucher Manager will manage housing authority relationships, ensure timely subsidy collections, and drive delinquency reduction across a growing residential portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Section 8 accounts and housing authority activity, ensuring compliance and timely recertifications
• Drive reduction of delinquency balances through daily tracking and cross-functional partnerships
• Serve as the primary contact for housing authorities, building strong relationships and managing resident communications

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of direct experience with Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher operations
• Strong understanding of housing authority processes and compliance requirements
• Experience managing recertifications, inspections, and subsidy collections
• Proven ability to reduce delinquency and resolve payment-related issues
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
