Housing Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support departmental planning and decision-making, the part-time Housing Data Analyst will perform data analysis, maintain databases and dashboards, and serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with analysis and reporting for departmental surveys and assessment projects
- Prepare user-friendly reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for various audiences
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality assurance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, assessment, or operational analytics
- Familiarity with StarRez housing management software preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar case management programs preferred
- Knowledge of business and management principles
