HPC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HPC Engineer (Remote, Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy new applications and services to cloud environments using IaC and CI/CD
• Oversee operational support for the platform and engage with end-users
• Drive investigation and resolution for complex incidents and maintain scientific workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience with large-scale computing environments, preferably in Life Sciences
• Understanding of Linux system administration and public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python
• Experience with configuration management tools and container technologies
