HPC Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of cutting-edge AI infrastructure, the full-time remote HPC Systems Engineer will design, operate, and maintain large-scale Linux environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large-scale Linux environments, ensuring high availability and troubleshooting incidents
• Scale clusters and improve performance for systems handling petabyte-scale storage
• Automate operational tasks and contribute to system design and architecture decisions

Required qualifications

• Strong Linux systems administration experience
• Experience with large-scale environments, such as HPC clusters or cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with job schedulers like Slurm
• Solid troubleshooting skills across systems, hardware, and networks
• Experience with automation tools such as Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform
