Job Summary

A company is looking for an HPC Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve sophisticated technical issues for enterprise customers related to HPC and AI server technologies
  • Own and manage customer issues during installation, operation, and maintenance of products
  • Develop and document standard methodologies for support processes and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer support and debugging for hardware and software products
  • Profound knowledge of Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in data center virtualization (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead resolution for critical customer issues
