Job Summary
A company is looking for an HPC Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve sophisticated technical issues for enterprise customers related to HPC and AI server technologies
- Own and manage customer issues during installation, operation, and maintenance of products
- Develop and document standard methodologies for support processes and improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer support and debugging for hardware and software products
- Profound knowledge of Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in data center virtualization (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead resolution for critical customer issues
