Job Summary

Detail-oriented and dependable, the full-time remote HR Administrative Assistant will support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations across a portfolio of behavioral health clients while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage HR operations and record keeping, including data entry and maintaining employee records in HRIS platforms
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure compliance with federal requirements
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screen interviews
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
