Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to support its People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing HR-related mail and documentation
- Execute administrative checklists for new hires and exiting employees
- Perform data entry and assist with various administrative tasks and special projects
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR Assistant/Coordinator experience
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; proficiency with ADP is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Demonstrated operational excellence and a customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs
