Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to support its People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing HR-related mail and documentation
  • Execute administrative checklists for new hires and exiting employees
  • Perform data entry and assist with various administrative tasks and special projects
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of HR Assistant/Coordinator experience
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS system; proficiency with ADP is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications
  • Demonstrated operational excellence and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs
