Job Summary

HR Administrative Assistant, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting recruitment, payroll preparation, employee orientation, and administering employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, interview, and test job candidates while maintaining personnel records
  • Calculate and distribute employee pay, maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Administer employee benefits and provide orientation information to new hires
Required Qualifications
