Job Summary
Supporting the HR team remotely, the full-time HR Administrative Assistant will manage applicant screening, payroll preparation, and employee orientation while maintaining personnel records and administering benefits programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Screen and interview candidates, maintaining personnel records and notifying staff of internal opportunities
- Calculate and distribute payroll, ensuring accurate record-keeping for employee payments
- Administer employee benefit programs by advising on eligibility and assisting with application processes
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
