Job Summary

Supporting the HR team remotely, the full-time HR Administrative Assistant will manage applicant screening, payroll preparation, and employee orientation while maintaining personnel records and administering benefits programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Screen and interview candidates, maintaining personnel records and notifying staff of internal opportunities
  • Calculate and distribute payroll, ensuring accurate record-keeping for employee payments
  • Administer employee benefit programs by advising on eligibility and assisting with application processes
Required qualifications:
