Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic HR team, the full-time HR Administrative Assistant will manage applicant screening, payroll preparation, and employee orientation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Screen and interview applicants while maintaining personnel records and notifying staff of internal opportunities
- Calculate and distribute employee pay while maintaining accurate payroll records
- Administer employee benefit programs by advising on eligibility and assisting with application processes
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in benefits administration and employee orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism in handling HR documentation
- Willingness to undergo a background and drug test
