Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic HR team, the full-time HR Administrative Assistant will manage applicant screening, payroll preparation, and employee orientation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Screen and interview applicants while maintaining personnel records and notifying staff of internal opportunities
  • Calculate and distribute employee pay while maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Administer employee benefit programs by advising on eligibility and assisting with application processes
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in benefits administration and employee orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism in handling HR documentation
  • Willingness to undergo a background and drug test
