Job Summary
Supporting the HR team remotely, the full-time HR Administrative Assistant will manage applicant screening and interviewing, payroll preparation, and new employee orientation while maintaining personnel records and administering employee benefit programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, and test applicants while maintaining personnel records and notifying staff of internal opportunities
- Calculate and distribute employee pay while maintaining payroll records and administering employee benefits
- Orient new employees by providing orientation materials, reviewing company policies, and gathering necessary payroll information
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in benefits administration and employee orientation processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
- Integrity and dependability with a positive attitude and team orientation
- Capability to clear background and drug tests
