Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare employment-related documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy
- Support offboarding processes and collaborate with internal teams on HR matters
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administrator, HR Specialist, or HR Assistant roles
- Confidence in working with data, including employee records and spreadsheets
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English; fluency in Russian is required
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage
