Job Summary

To support the HR department's daily functions, the full-time Remote HR Administrator will provide administrative assistance, including onboarding, employee file maintenance, and responding to inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain employee files and enforce company policies and practices
  • Handle job postings, respond to employee inquiries, and manage shared inboxes
Required qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with authorization to work in the United States
