Job Summary
To support the HR department's daily functions, the full-time Remote HR Administrator will provide administrative assistance, including onboarding, employee file maintenance, and responding to inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain employee files and enforce company policies and practices
- Handle job postings, respond to employee inquiries, and manage shared inboxes
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with authorization to work in the United States
