Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator, this full-time hybrid position will manage employee lifecycle transactions, coordinate new hire onboarding, and ensure smooth administrative workflow within the HR function while working in Houston, Texas, with remote flexibility on Fridays.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions within UKG, ensuring accuracy and adherence to HR best practices
  • Complete the I-9 and E-Verify process and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits
  • Provide administrative support for the performance management cycle, including audits and communications
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, primarily for training
  • Minimum one year of HR administrative experience preferred
