Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator, the remote position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and processing HR transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records within Rippling HRIS
- Assist the Recruiting team with onboarding activities and prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork
- Maintain HR reports and employee spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience required
- Experience using Rippling HRIS preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
