Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator, the remote position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and processing HR transactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records within Rippling HRIS
  • Assist the Recruiting team with onboarding activities and prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain HR reports and employee spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience required
  • Experience using Rippling HRIS preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
