Job Summary

To support US operations, the full-time HR Administrator for US Operations will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance support, and onboarding processes while working remotely with US-based team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee administration processes from onboarding to separation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and administer HRIS systems and databases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations with a US-based company
  • Experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
  • Knowledge of employment documentation and compliance practices in multinational environments
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
