Job Summary
To support US operations, the full-time HR Administrator for US Operations will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance support, and onboarding processes while working remotely with US-based team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee administration processes from onboarding to separation
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer HRIS systems and databases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations with a US-based company
- Experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
- Knowledge of employment documentation and compliance practices in multinational environments
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
