HR Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
• Provide guidance to managers on handling complex employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
• Investigate complaints and provide resolutions on various HR-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience as an HR representative or generalist in a large company
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and HR software
• Working knowledge of employment labor law in multiple states
