Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor (FTC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions
  • Work closely with the recruitment team in talent attraction, screening, and onboarding new hires
  • Advise management on performance management processes and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification CIPD preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR, focusing on advisory roles and employee relations
  • Good understanding of employment legislation and best practices
  • Experience working with HRIS, performance management tools, ATS, and Microsoft 365
  • Confident in navigating HR issues across EMEA
