Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to people managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for people managers, providing coaching on employee matters and conflict resolution
- Guide managers through performance improvement plans and other employee relations matters
- Support company-wide HR initiatives, including onboarding and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in an HR generalist or advisory role
- Experience coaching managers through employee relations matters and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in learning and applying AI applications for HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
