Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to people managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for people managers, providing coaching on employee matters and conflict resolution
  • Guide managers through performance improvement plans and other employee relations matters
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives, including onboarding and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in an HR generalist or advisory role
  • Experience coaching managers through employee relations matters and performance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and applying AI applications for HR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
