Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Advisor 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, payroll, and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and record maintenance
- Coordinate new employee orientation and manage the employee exit process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of prior customer service experience with confidential data
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or HR
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
