Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to HR inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, payroll, and company policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and record maintenance
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and manage the employee exit process


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience with confidential data
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or HR
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
