Job Summary
HR Advisor provides remote, full-time Tier 1 support for HR issues on a Thursday-Monday schedule, offering guidance on benefits, payroll, and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and resolution for various HR services including benefits, payroll, and workplace accommodations
- Deliver exceptional care experiences to help employees maximize their productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce experience and HR programs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with end-to-end HR offerings including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits
- Adept at coaching leaders and employees in a virtual environment
- Comfortable with heavy use of technology and a continuous improvement mindset
