Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on HR policies and compliance, the full-time remote HR Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and participate in the development of HR programs and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving most issues and escalating others as necessary
  • Utilize HR guidelines and procedures to provide rapid resolutions to 'How To' questions
  • Prepare various HR-related letters and ensure compliance with labor laws in all HR activities
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources with a minimum of three years of experience as an HR generalist
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus
  • Experience with WorkDay is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Understanding of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and IRS rules related to benefit programs
