Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HR Advisor will manage human resources functions, build strong partnerships with leadership, and support talent planning and associate development initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Builds collaborative relationships across the organization to align HR strategy with business plans
  • Develops and implements localized recruiting strategies and tracks metrics related to staffing and onboarding processes
  • Provides consultation on HR programs and processes, ensuring adherence to policies and recommending improvements based on data
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
  • 4 years of experience in a Human Resources function
  • 4 years of experience administering confidential staff information
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional team environment
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
