Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact within a centralized HR service delivery model, the full-time HR Advisor will manage the end-to-end resolution of employee inquiries and concerns while focusing on employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee and leader inquiries, providing guidance on workplace concerns and policy interpretation
- Collaborate with leaders to draft and review Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with company policy
- Facilitate the interactive process for accommodation requests in compliance with ADA requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and case management
- Experience supporting multi-state or nationwide employee populations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
