Job Summary

Supporting HR operations remotely, the contract HR Advisor will provide guidance on HR matters, manage employee inquiries, and conduct audits of HR data systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR matters while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage a large volume of employee inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Conduct audits of HR data systems to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Proficiency with Workday, including report generation and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and document new workflows
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to project completion
