HR Advisor
Job Summary
To support a global team, the 12-month fixed-term HR Advisor will provide generalist HR advice and guidance remotely, focusing on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and cyclical HR processes while identifying opportunities for automation and self-service.
Key responsibilities
- Providing advice and guidance across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Supporting Global Mobility and Flexible Work requests in partnership with the Global Mobility Lead
- Assisting with cyclical HR processes, including Annual Salary Review, Talent Mapping, and engagement deep-dives
Required qualifications
- HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a global tech company
- Strong stakeholder management skills with clear and confident communication
- Practical application of employment law and risk management
- Familiarity with facilitating people processes and employee relations cases
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding complex issues
