Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor who will provide coaching to managers and respond to associate concerns, while also ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for complex inquiries from associates and leaders, focusing on case resolution
  • Conduct internal investigations and work on employee relations issues
  • Offer performance management guidance and support to people leaders, including coaching, counseling, and career development
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong working experience in Employee Relations, HR Investigations, Reasonable accommodations, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred or a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience
  • Minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner and a minimum of 5 years in HR
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment law
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
