HR Advisor Consultant

Job Summary

Providing generalist HR support remotely, the HR Advisor Consultant will deliver guidance on HR issues, enhance employee care experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working part-time on a long-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide resolution for HR issues across various services, including benefits, payroll, and talent development
• Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple communication channels, including chat and phone
• Coach users on HR technology systems and partner with centers of excellence for program improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA and payroll
• Adept at coaching leaders and employees in a virtual environment
• Comfortable with heavy use of technology
