Job Summary
Serving as a key resource for managing employee relations concerns, the full-time HR Advisor for Investigations will lead and support workplace investigations involving allegations of inappropriate behavior, harassment, and discrimination, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely and objective case resolution
- Conduct thorough fact-finding activities and prepare well-documented investigation summaries and recommendations
- Provide guidance to associates and People Leaders on navigating sensitive workplace issues and mitigating organizational risk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources in an HR Business Partner, Advisor, Manager, or Generalist capacity
- Demonstrated experience conducting and managing investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and a risk-based approach
- Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence leaders through sensitive situations
