Job Summary

Supporting the HR operations for French-speaking employees, the full-time HR Advisor - France will manage HR tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance while acting as a key contact for employee inquiries and contributing to HR projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage operational HR tasks including employment contracts, references, and document management in the HR system Personio
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR and labor law matters, focusing on apprentices and interns
  • Support managers with performance reviews and development needs for apprentices and interns, while contributing to HR process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on HR
  • Experience as an HR generalist with personnel administration skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and act as a reliable HR partner
