HR Advisor - Investigations Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Advisor with a focus on HR Investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates associate complaints and maintains records of investigations
• Provides advice and counsel to associates and managers on associate relations issues
• Coordinates and participates in the exit interview process and identifies areas for follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Associate Relations or HR Generalist role
• 5+ years of HR investigations experience
• Broad training in relevant fields such as business, accountancy, or computer sciences
