Job Summary

Focusing on employee relations and workplace investigations, the full-time HR Advisor (Investigations Focus) will lead investigations into allegations of inappropriate behavior, harassment, and discrimination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely and compliant case resolution
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding activities and prepare well-documented investigation summaries and recommendations
  • Serve as a resource for complex employee relations concerns, providing guidance to associates and People Leaders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in lieu of a degree
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources in an HR Business Partner, Advisor, Manager, or Generalist capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and objectivity
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence leaders through sensitive situations
