Job Summary

Driving the HR AI roadmap, the full-time HR AI Leader will activate AI capabilities within Workday to enhance employee experience and HR productivity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the HR AI roadmap, focusing on Workday AI agents and automation opportunities
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to drive adoption and utilization of AI tools through effective change management and training

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HR transformation, HR technology, or digital enablement
• Strong understanding of Workday and HR process design
• Proven ability to lead technology adoption in a complex enterprise environment
• Experience implementing AI or automation in HR settings
• Familiarity with data privacy, governance, and responsible AI considerations
