Job Summary

Driving AI fluency and innovation within HR, the full-time remote HR AI Enablement & Innovation Program Manager will lead skill-building initiatives, manage the HR AI Community of Practice, and incubate AI use cases to enhance HR operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the HR function's AI learning roadmap, integrating AI skill-building into existing development pathways
  • Build and operate the HR AI Community of Practice, facilitating collaboration and sharing of AI use cases and best practices
  • Partner with HR teams to identify and prototype AI solutions that address real HR challenges, maintaining a portfolio of successful prototypes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in HR enablement, learning and development, or enterprise program management
  • Demonstrated ability to define and scale capability-building programs in partnership with Learning teams
  • Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and their applications in HR
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
