Job Summary
Driving AI fluency and innovation within the HR function, the full-time HR AI Enablement & Innovation Program Manager will manage skill-building initiatives, operate the HR AI Community of Practice, and incubate AI use cases to enhance HR practices remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the HR function's AI learning roadmap, integrating AI skill-building into existing development pathways
- Build and operate the HR AI Community of Practice, facilitating collaboration and sharing of AI use cases across HR teams
- Partner with HR teams to identify and prototype AI solutions that address real HR challenges and manage a portfolio of working AI prototypes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
- Significant experience in HR enablement, learning and development, or HR transformation
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in HR
- Strong facilitation and community-building skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
