Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze HR data to support business decisions
• Develop and revise compensation structures and benefits packages
• Monitor workforce metrics and create reports for leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR Management Systems (HRMS)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
