Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Total Rewards Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support total rewards administration and HR reporting and analytics
- Manage compensation programs and assist with market analysis and job description library
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify data gaps and generate reports for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience with HRIS reporting and managing file feeds, preferably in ADP and/or Cornerstone
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot tables
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Experience with compensation administration is preferred
