Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Total Rewards Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support total rewards administration and HR reporting and analytics
  • Manage compensation programs and assist with market analysis and job description library
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify data gaps and generate reports for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Data Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience with HRIS reporting and managing file feeds, preferably in ADP and/or Cornerstone
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot tables
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements
  • Experience with compensation administration is preferred
