Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for leaders and colleagues via a centralized phone system
• Document call details and assign cases to the appropriate team for resolution
• Provide guidance on company policies and respond to colleague inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Leadership experience can substitute for 2+ years of relevant experience
• Call center experience preferred; must handle inbound calls for full shifts
• Must have secure, unshared internet access
