HR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support a high-volume HR shared services environment remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
• Support HR programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims
• Document interactions in the case management system and generate ad hoc HR reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in HR, HR shared services, or a related function
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR systems and case management tools, preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
