Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support a high-volume HR shared services environment remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level HR support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support HR programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims
- Document interactions in the case management system and generate ad hoc HR reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in HR, HR shared services, or a related function
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems and case management tools, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
