Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support a high-volume, fast-paced HR shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level HR support by responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures
  • Support HR programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims while ensuring compliance with service level objectives
  • Manage and resolve inquiries through multiple channels and generate ad hoc HR reports to support data analysis efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, HR shared services, or a related function
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
