Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support the Human Resources Central Team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support to the HR shared services team by answering general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Handles one to three HR programs, such as offboarding, onboarding, and unemployment claims
- Creates high-quality employee experiences through customer support and conducts New Hire Orientation virtually
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) is preferred
- 2+ years of related work experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of fundamental HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with utilizing technology and software specific to HR programs
