Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support the Human Resources Central Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides support to the HR shared services team by answering general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
  • Handles one to three HR programs, such as offboarding, onboarding, and unemployment claims
  • Creates high-quality employee experiences through customer support and conducts New Hire Orientation virtually
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) is preferred
  • 2+ years of related work experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of fundamental HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with utilizing technology and software specific to HR programs
