HR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst to provide support to the Human Resources Central Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
• Handle HR programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims
• Conduct New Hire Orientation virtually and produce HR statistics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources preferred
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of fundamental HR principles and practices
• Familiarity with HR technologies and self-service tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
