Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analyst to provide support to the Human Resources Central Team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Handle HR programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims
- Conduct New Hire Orientation virtually and produce HR statistics and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources preferred
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of fundamental HR principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR technologies and self-service tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
