Job Summary

To support the HR team in driving analytical solutions, the full-time HR Analyst will work remotely to manage HR metrics, oversee leave management processes, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Track and consolidate HR metrics related to recruiting and turnover to enhance the onboarding experience
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards to identify trends that support decision-making and workforce planning
  • Manage Leave of Absence requests and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leave management preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS and experience extracting data from multiple systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace continuous learning opportunities
