Job Summary
Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of HR systems, the full-time HR Analyst will manage system configuration, reporting, and process documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HRIS and LMS platforms, ensuring efficient operation and data integrity
- Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and the implementation of new functionalities
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience supporting HR systems, operations, or related functions
- Previous experience with Workday or another HRIS
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
- Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System preferred
