HR Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and related systems, the full-time remote HR Analyst will provide training, manage user security, and deliver HR reporting while collaborating with various HR teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to end users of HR systems, including e-HR and SuccessFactors
• Deliver monthly HR reporting and develop ad hoc queries in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Benefits staff
• Troubleshoot and test third-party interface files and SAP technical solutions, completing end user acceptance testing

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Functional knowledge of HR/Benefit/Payroll legal requirements and best practices
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
