HR Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the core building blocks of HR analytics, the remote Staff HR Analyst will transform raw HR data into trusted reporting and scalable analytics products while building out BI tooling and improving data quality across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance BI tooling environment to support HR analytics initiatives
- Create actionable insights from HR data to assist leaders in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with HRBPs, recruiters, and executives to deliver reliable data and analytics solutions
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR or people analytics
- Hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with HR data structures (HRIS, ATS)
- Proven experience with Tableau for creating intuitive dashboards
- Ability to build modern data products using BI tools and conversational AI interfaces
- Bonus points for experience with modern data stacks and lightweight web/scripting skills
