Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze HR metrics and data from various sources
Prepare reports and presentations of data findings
Support HR initiatives and projects in areas such as talent management and total rewards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or 4 years of HR generalist experience
2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR reporting, compensation, recruitment, training, and benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Workday preferred)
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
