Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics and data from various sources
- Prepare reports and presentations of data findings
- Support HR initiatives and projects in areas such as talent management and total rewards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or 4 years of HR generalist experience
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR reporting, compensation, recruitment, training, and benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
