Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of experience in HR, talent management, or analytics
• Experience working with HR systems and performance management tools
• Proficient in system configurations and data management
• Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements
