Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analytics Manager to lead the HR Analytics function and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Analytics function by developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and analytics within HR systems to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align on metrics and deliver predictive insights for workforce planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Over five (5) years of experience in HR analytics, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
  • Experience in Workday reporting and analytics tools; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
